We'll send your order at no cost through USPS First Class Package.
We pack and ship orders within 1- 4 business days of your purchase.
Once your order has been shipped, you should receive an email or text with a tracking number. Use this to go to USPS website and see any updates.
Sometimes tracking information can take a few days to update, please be patient.

In very rare occasions, packages can get lost or damaged during shipping, that unfortunately wont be covered by us, is your responsibility to put the right address. In case you made a mistake and it hasn't been shipped yet, just contact us! We'll be happy to update the order.

If your package is returned to us for any reason you will be responsible for paying for the package to be sent again even if your order is above 60 USD.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope that your order won't be the case but if you feel like returning or exchanging and item contact us and we'll help you with your inquiry.
Items came broken or damaged?
If this is the case you'll have 48 hrs since delivery to contact us to ask for a refund/return.
Once we receive your return, refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days onto the original form of payment. Refunds are for the original purchase amount less the outbound shipping cost.
You didn't like it? Was not what you were expecting?
You have up to 5 days from receiving the order to contact us for an exchange. Items must be in its original condition, unworn and free of any damages or alterations.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
